Attorneys play a vital role in capital formation and deal structuring for companies of all sizes. This Continuing Legal Education (CLE/MCLE) course is designed to offer attorneys a better understanding of the financial instruments they help structure. Topics covered will include: stocks, bonds, options, futures, and currency markets. The course will also introduce basic concepts of arbitrage in a manner that requires no mathematical background. Additionally, the course will explore these concepts in the context of real cases drawn from recent transactions.
